Executive - Records Management

As a Records Management Executive you will provide support to ensure effective operations of the group record keeping framework. This includes supporting the data protection practices and delivery of global Records and Information Management initiatives as prioritised by the Business. This role will include working with a broad stakeholder network across the business to understand regulatory and business drivers relating to records and information management.

Based in Philadelphia, this role forms part of the global Records Management team which sits within Macquarie’s Chief Data Office. The Central Records Management Team is responsible for the Group’s record keeping framework, as well as enabling record lifecycle management practices within the Group.

In supporting this, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting assurance processes to ensure the framework remains fit for purpose
  • coordinating the roll-out of the annual training and certification process
  • managing key metric dashboards for reporting to senior leadership
  • leveraging reporting tools to produce reports to analyse data
  • serving as a first point of contact to business-aligned records management coordinators.
  • providing subject matter expertise in keeping with the Group’s Records Management policy, framework, and standards.
  • maintaining the Document Library for the US RIM team. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in working within financial services or similar highly regulated industries
  • experience in the management of books and records within a diversified business.
  • understanding of risk management practices 
  • excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
