Senior Manager Capital/Regulatory Reporting


Opportunity for a motivated leaders to join an exciting transformation program within a truly global organisation. The multi-year program is central to Macquarie’s transformation and strategy for maintaining a strong and conservative balance sheet.

You will be a key person in the design and delivery of Macquarie’s new end-to-end capital and liquidity management and reporting solutions, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and build tools to measure impacts, identify drivers and influence the direction of change.

Key to your success will be the ability to apply technical and analytical skills to unstructured problems and developing an understanding of the Macquarie’s diverse businesses from different perspectives: commercial, legal, accounting, capital and liquidity to deliver the transformation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience solving complex problems, ideally in a financial services context (for example M&A, capital/liquidity management, accounting/tax analysis)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interpret and explain complex concepts through data
  • Outstanding academic background in a financial, quantitative degree or similar
  • Familiarity with capital/liquidity risk management and/or an interest in using programming languages such as R and Python would be advantageous
