Macquarie Capital is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Principal Finance business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior members of the team and be involved in calendar management, expenses, coordination and booking of business travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation, as well as document management and other procedures and tasks related to the business requirements within the team.
You will have regular interaction with assistants, internally and externally, including coordination with international offices which involves managing different time zones. You will use your intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and will work well under pressure and adapt to different work and communication styles.
You will have ten plus years of experience supporting C-Level Executives and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, confident and proactive approach. You will have a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. You will be comfortable with a busy schedule, whilst maintaining a proactive and collaborative mindset. You will be a clear communicator with strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking abilities which will underpin your success, ensuring you are able to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
