Our Macquarie Asset Management division has embarked on an ambitious roadmap for Identity and Access Management transformation and is now seeking a Business Analyst to join our Document & Identity Governance team based in Sydney. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team performs a vital role for Macquarie Group ensuring access is provided to Macquarie systems to the right users for the right reasons at the right time.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with diverse stakeholders representing the asset management business, technology, and operational risk. You will perform business analysis activities for the design and onboarding of asset management applications to our IAM governance platform (SailPoint IIQ) as well as business process mapping for business Roles, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and other IAM related activities.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- engaging business and technology subject matter experts to gather requirements and identify strategic solutions for system integration with SailPoint
- mapping business processes to build out SoD and business roles where appropriate.
- ensuring all requirements are completed to smoothly transition to Design and Development phases with the MAM Technology UAM team
- identifying data issues and work with appropriate resources to resolve them
- developing test plans and supporting the business through execution of user acceptance test cases
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position and possess the ability and drive to operate autonomously and coordinate multiple assignments. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are expected as is the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, particularly when under pressing and time-driven circumstances. You have a good understanding of IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Life cycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and analytics and have experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity and Access Management tool.
