Senior Reward Manager


Join our Global Reward Governance team as an experienced Reward Manager. You’ll take on a diverse and challenging role, which will see you exposed to many aspects of remuneration governance and regulation, including:

  • advising and implementing new remuneration regulation including development of new policies and processes
  • producing board remuneration committee and board papers and documentation for regulators
  • managing ongoing compliance with remuneration regulation and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies
  • external peer research and benchmarking.

You will have prior experience gained in reward/remuneration, accounting, or the risk/ regulatory profession. You will have previous knowledge and understanding of developments in remuneration and benefits frameworks and practice, ideally gained in Financial Services, Professional Services/Consulting, or a similar environment.

You will also have strong written & verbal communication with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly. Prior experience with preparing board papers, presentations and other regulatory submissions and disclosures would be advantageous.

Strong PowerPoint skills and advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
