Corporate Actions Analyst


A great opportunity is available within the Custody team as a Corporate Actions Analyst.

Playing an integral role within the Corporate Actions team, you have an opportunity to gain specialist understanding of corporate actions, tax, processing of income and reporting across our wrap platform.

As a corporate actions analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and reporting of mandatory and elective corporate actions. This includes providing initial communications through the online adviser portal, receiving and reconciling adviser elections, processing instructions and payment with the various share registries, settling events (cash or units) and accurately reflecting these transactions in client reporting and tax reporting.

You will be a tertiary qualified and ideally seeking to become a Certified Practicing Accountant or Chartered Accountant. You will be numerical with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
