You will have a key leadership position in the CGM Finance technology team. You will lead major initiatives, responsible for transforming our systems and processes and delivering trusted, timely solutions to difficult, business-critical problems.
You will work with a skilled, growing, global software development team of teams that uses modern cloud and big data technology and values getting the job done. We need you to help us uncover, articulate, and prioritise what the business needs, collaborate with our team and our stakeholders to define the best solutions and lead our team through build, roll out, and beyond.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- solid experience as a software delivery manager, product owner, solution architect, or similar role in a global, complex, cross-functional financial services environment
- strong relationship management experience across all levels of the organisation
- hands-on software engineering background and the ability to lead engineering teams
- a deep understanding of how to get things done and to continuously improve using agile / Lean practices
- experience in a Finance related role, such as working with Treasury, financial control, or product control stakeholders with be beneficial
