The Consumer, Gaming & Leisure team has executed approximately 60 transactions over the last three years, with a focus on lead advisory mandates, and complemented by strong debt and equity capital capabilities and principal finance / direct investment opportunities.

- Financial Advisor to Scientific Games on the sale of its Lottery business, the sale of its Sports Betting business and on its merger with SciPlay (Ongoing)
- Financial Advisor to Gamesys Group on its £2.4 billion sale to Bally’s Corporation
- Financial Advisor to Apollo Global Management on its C$3.8 billion acquisition of Great Canadian Gaming
- Financial Advisor to Institutional Investors, including Caledonia on the acquisition of a 34.9% stake in Scientific Games for $925 million
- Advisor to Eldorado Resorts on its $17.3 billion acquisition of Caesars Entertainment and Joint Bookrunner for its $9.8 billion acquisition credit facilities

By leveraging Macquarie's global capabilities, you will apply your 4-6 years of experience in investment banking to assist our clients in the Consumer, Gaming & Leisure space in meeting their financial and strategic needs.
You will bring extensive transaction experience, strong financial modeling acumen, as well as a deep understanding of financial statements, combined with an ability to supervise and delegate. You will leverage your accounting and finance background in the full execution of advisory, capital raising and principal transactions. Your work will be centered around the execution of transactions and pursuit of new business opportunities, as well as the servicing of existing portfolio investments including debt and equity positions.
To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, as well as time and process management skills.
