You'll be a part of a team that has developed award winning platform and app. The role will see you splitting your time 75% focused on hands on development, 25% solutions design and architecting. We work in a Scaled Agile environment and work in tandem with a wide array of cross functional teams and tribes and you will be involved in the end to end development with a focus on holistic application design and development.
We envisage for you to be successful in the role you will have:
- experience working in teams delivering native Android applications using Kotlin
- strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- an understanding of software development patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Dependency Injection and common data structures
- a preference for consuming REST services over JSON
- an eye for detail in UI and interaction
- comfort with GIT for version control
- passion for delivering loveable apps.
Experience in using a reactive framework such as RxJava and using Bamboo for continuous integration will be highly regarded. Experience working across enterprise applications and working in eliciting requirements, working with design teams will also be held in high regard.
