AM Operations Engineering Lead


Identity and Cyber Security (ICS) team is looking for a passionate Identity and Access Management Manager to join our team of high caliber technology specialists to help fulfill our mission in developing/testing new solutions and reliable Identity and Access management Systems.

In this role, you are expected to manage and execute the Access Management changes, including transformation initiatives, and working with SMEs across the bank to gather and define requirements or considerations. You will also be involved in coordinating with cross functional teams within technology to drive successful delivery of product features as requested by the business. Additionally, you are expected to manage and address operational issues through identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for DevOps and agile. You will also work with Risk Management and Audit Organizations to identify, document, and resolve risks.

We need a strong Leader with:

  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to understand and analyze within a complex business and technical domain to provide timely and accurate solutions to systems problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, converting technical jargons into understandable language to business stakeholders (including business executives).
  • Working experience in large data analysis using excel or any other equivalent tool such as Power BI, R,Tableau or Alteryx
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technical leadership role.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working as Delivery Lead or Project Manager in an AGILE work setting
  • Working experience in automating manual work and delivering continuous improvements
  • Working experience with other identity management products such as SailPoint, CyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus.
  • Experience as a Manager, Project Manager or Team Lead managing multiple and complex IT projects across multiple portfolios with a mix of onshore and offshore parties and stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing a team of DevOps Engineers or Operational Staffs
  • Experience of managing 3rd party vendors and partners
  • Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
  • Demonstrated Continuous Improvement and Innovation experience
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
  • Excellent organizational skills. Able to manage and prioritise and tasks and time efficiently.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

The Role:

  • Act as the team's Scrum Master primarily to administer and drive the Scrum ceremonies, and to resolve all blockers, risks, and issues to delivery
  • Maintain high performing operational support functions. Drive operational metrics and adherence to SLA
  • Take ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Accountable to the Product Owners to ensure overall portfolio is meeting organization's objectives
  • Provide single point of contact for delivery; work with senior business stakeholders to define roadmaps, strategies, and solutions and to resolve escalated issues
  • Ensuring the team is aligned to strategic business objectives and that relationships with internal clients are managed to maximize results
  • Facilitate/ adhere to the delivery standards and strives a consistent implementation across portfolio
  • Evaluation and objective setting, mentoring and staff career development. Develop high-performing team.
  • Management of talent, recognition, and reward
  • Manage overall staff satisfaction
