We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the team based in our Jacksonville office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Jacksonville HR Business Partner, you will provide key coordination and administrative support in the delivery of HR services.
Working closely with the HR Operations and Business Partner teams across the Americas, you will have responsibility for and be involved in a range of activities.
Your ability to work collaboratively will be used as you work closely with HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders, such as Technology, Compliance, Business Management and Finance when required.
Bringing your attention to detail you will be responsible for managing new starters, transfers, leavers and staff detail changes via the online management systems. You will also manage contractor and consultant renewals, as well as supporting the onboarding process and departure process, including I9 verification and reverification, and exit interviews as required. In addition, you will providing, consultation, support & coordination in the management of immigration needs within Macquarie.
Your data driven mindset will be required as you assist with reporting and presentation requests, including but not limited to talent analysis, human capital reporting and trend analysis. Additional responsibility will include planning, analytics and preparation for the performance and talent calibration cycles.
You’ll need to bring a degree qualification with 2-4 years’ experience in HR, ideally within a complex, multinational environment with well-developed analytical and numeracy skills. In addition, you bring competency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), including proven experience using MS Excel for reporting and analysis needs.
