As an Infrastructure & Energy Senior Associate/Vice President, you will work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment, with a dynamic work schedule. You will create and edit client presentations, memorandum and other marketing materials and with your strong research and analytical skills, you will summarize and present the results in a succinct manner.
As part of the Infrastructure M&A Advisory team, you will support its Midstream Infrastructure M&A advisory efforts in the Houston office. You will combine the knowledge obtained in your undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Law) with your previous experience (4-8 years) within project finance or development in a commercial bank, investment bank, fund, law firm or corporate, to make an impact quickly.
You will use your expertise in valuation and analysis to evaluate companies and projects under various operating scenarios, as well as to analyze the impacts of different business plans, revenue and cost models and capital structures. Your knowledge of all stages in Midstream transaction execution, including origination, diligence, and execution of equity, debt, and M&A transactions will enable you to summarize and present the results in a succinct manner. You will also look after a pool of Analysts and Associates on the team.
