Based out of our Philadelphia office we have an excellent opportunity for you to become part of an essential team within our Technology division as a Tech Assist Support Analyst.
In this role, you will provide technology support to Macquarie’s internal staff. You can expect your customer support efforts to be a mixture of hands on and electronic remote support.
Your collaborative approach and drive to deliver will be utilized as you provide customer facing, technical support, focused on Workplace technologies within the Philadelphia office or other locations remotely as needed.
Bringing your customer service orientated approach and capability will be as essential to your success as you maintain direct contact with users through the lifecycle of an incident or request.
Your drive to deliver will be utilized as you ensure that Macquarie staff continue to receive first class technical support to assist resolving their issues. As well as contributing to Technology projects as required, examples include office moves, software rollouts, and phone testing.
You will be able to learn and grow from working alongside experienced Support Analysts as well as the diverse range of businesses working across the Macquarie landscape.
If you have experience providing technology support to a global customer as well as working as part of a global Technology support team with the following technologies :
- Windows 10 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools
- Microsoft Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 365
- experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- mobility device support: iPhones and iPads
- remote Support Tools such as RDP and Remote Assistance
- support of market data applications: Bloomberg, Fidessa
- support of video conferencing technologies: Cisco, Zoom
- experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- familiarity with data analytics tools, languages, and usage: PowerBI.
