Are you a highly motivated Senior Analyst or Associate with 2-5 years of experience interested in joining the #1 infrastructure financial advisor both in North America, and the world?

In the Infrastructure & Energy Group of Macquarie Capital based in New York, you will work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment, with a dynamic work schedule in the crucial and booming sector of infrastructure, across all key asset classes: energy (renewable, conventional, and energy transition), utilities, transport, and core-plus infrastructure. You will work closely supervising analysts, and working with seniors, in advising our breadth of clients in M&A transactions.

With your strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills, you will be required to summarize and present the results in a succinct manner. Your core role will involve reviewing and supervising financial models, preparing and reviewing valuation analysis, the preparation of sector and market research analysis, participate in diligence processes, assist with broader coordination of transaction workstreams, and lead, design and produce presentations, information memorandums and other analysis for internal (investment and risk committees) and external audiences (clients, investors, lenders and project developers).

You will bring experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment Banking and M&A; or Tax Equity, Project Finance and Principal Investing in the infrastructure & energy sector. Experience building and reviewing financial models is a must as is having proficiency in generating valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and trading and transaction comparables. Further, having familiarity with all stages of energy and infrastructure transaction executions, including origination, diligence, and execution of equity, debt, and M&A transactions is also necessary.

FINRA exams are required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable).
