We have an excellent opportunity with our Jacksonville office for a a Global Leave Administrator, your responsibilities will focus on managing leave queries from employees as well as the Leave Module in PeopleSoft.
Your attention to details will be utilized as you ensure that any leave adjustments completed are processed correctly and in a timely manner through payroll.
Bringing your organizational abilities you will be responsible for running the monthly absence calendars for several countries which will include testing of any changes made to the Leave Module in PeopleSoft, ensuring that we remains compliant to any leave regulations in the countries that we perform payroll functions in and processing parental leave for Australia, UK and Ireland.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in HR. It is a preference but not a requirement to possess at least 2 years experience in Leave Management; PeopleSoft or similar Payroll System experience and if this sounds like you please apply via the link!
