This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join a supportive and respected Human Resources team. Based in our Hong Kong office, you’ll be business aligned, provide full HR support to our global Equities division.
Working closely with the global HR Business Partner for Equities and partnering with regional HR specialists, you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR activities for the Equities division. This could see you providing advice and guidance to the business on talent planning, performance reviews, compensation, learning and development programs, diversity & inclusion, on/off boarding and any guidance relating to any of our people policies.
You’ll already have at least 5 years Human Resources experience, ideally within banking or financial services. As strong communicator, you’ll enjoy working with stakeholders across all levels and you will often find yourself managing multiple priorities. You’ll be naturally inquisitive, continuously learning and will always take the opportunity to raise ideas and share your views.
As a complex business operating in a highly regulated environment, our Equities division requires us to maintain the highest standards of HR reporting, data integrity and accuracy. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our systems, data and operational process meet this requirement. You’ll be diligent, detailed focus and have an ability to quickly identify errors. We expect that you will have experience in HR data management and reporting in previous roles.
You’ll have the opportunity to partner with the wider HR team and other support functions, such as legal, compliance, finance and business managers to undertake project work or manage ad hoc requests. You’ll have good time management skills and be comfortable prioritizing requests made of you. We’ll provide you with the support and guidance to develop your career, becoming a key member of our dynamic team.
