As a Technical Lead based in our Philadelphia office you will demonstrate your strong development and leadership skills to develop software solutions and manage delivery of technical projects.
In this role, you will work collaboratively in a global team and participate in all aspects of the software life cycle as you design, develop and maintain critical software systems using AWS, Java and/or Microsoft stacks.
You will also work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, discuss solutions and manage scope as you focus on accountability for yourself and the team around scope, budget, dates and quality.
Your ability to leverage best practices around testing, security and performance considering firm guidelines as you research, evaluate and present recommendations for innovative technologies and frameworks will be key to this role.
Good Knowledge of AWS Solution architecture and tools, along with a strong learning mindset will be key factors in your success
We need you to bring a proven track record of success with coaching, communicating with senior stakeholders, managing incidents and delivering projects on time as well as 5+ years development experience in a Java (Java 8, Spring, Boot, IntelliJ) or Microsoft (C#, ASP.NET, IIS, Visual Studio) environment. Your strong understanding of data and data integration concepts (SQL, data governance, reporting) coupled with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to independently debug and diagnose problems will allow you to succeed in this role.
