As an Fixed Income Specialist, you will take on responsibilities focusing on client and prospect presentations, queries, RFP’s and questionnaires across our US fixed income suite of capabilities for clients and prospects globally. You will also assist in investment initiatives such as product launches and changes as well as enhancing strategy and collateral messaging with our portfolio management team. As a thought leader you will work closely with our fixed income research team and marketing team to create and distribute thought leadership and market insights. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and projects for the business. Finally, you will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the team’s business management information across investments and distribution.
Relevant qualifications would include 2 – 5 years’ experience in the asset management industry with the desire to work in a front office environment. There will be a need for an understanding of financial markets, especially fixed income. Outstanding writing and PowerPoint presentation skills would be required, as well as the ability to tailor to different audiences and trace intent. There will be a need for commitment to provide outstanding client service and the desire to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders.
