Executive (4-month Fixed Term) – Financial Management Group

An opportunity has become available for you to join our dynamic and fast paced environment as an Executive for a four-month contract in our Taipei office.

Working with a supportive team, you will be responsible for the general ledger control, ensuring transactions are booked in appropriate accounts, as well as performing monthly substantiation of account balances and adhering to the group's general ledger control framework.

You will assist with financial accounting and taxation tasks and prepare monthly internal and external deliverables, including assisting with financial statement audits and tax returns, preparing daily vouchers and preparing annual income tax returns and process lodgements.

Lastly, you will work to compile and review intercompany transactions and process intercompany settlements, review transfer pricing relationships and work with overseas colleagues on requested financial information.

You will have at least 3 years of experience working in Big 4 audit or similar accounting experience in an investment bank, funds, securities, investment industry, green energy industry or a multinational corporation. You will have good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, and have legal entity, general ledger control, accounts payable and tax and financial reporting experience in Taiwan. You will be required to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
