Learning Administrator


We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Administrator in Manila. In this role, the core responsibilities include setting up learning objects in our Learning Management system based on LMS standards and business requirements, analysing training needs and providing course owners consultative advice on how to best setup a course, quality assuring LMS site and training documentation to ensure integrity, testing functionalities related to system upgrade or learning program implementation, and providing required reporting to stakeholders.


You will also be expected to assess upstream and downstream impact of change requests, roll out and implement courses, and regularly provide updates to the Learning Team Lead.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong verbal and written English communication skills, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, commitment to excellent customer service, ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the role, and problem solving and influencing skills.


We would like to hear from you if you have prior experience in HR system administration, learning and development knowledge, and intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint. Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design is desirable, but not required.
