Business Manager- Risk Management Group

Jacksonville, New York

To ensure we are running RMG as effectively as possible, are co-ordinated and are managing compliance with group-wide operational policies, the Risk Enterprise Support team has established a new global business management team. The team will work within the region and with our divisions to proactively manage RMG operations.

Reporting to the Global Business Management lead, you will assist with the uplift of our Operational Framework across Risk Management Group globally, look to align processes across divisions, and identify operational areas of improvement.

This role will see you collaborate with all Risk Management Group’s divisions and key stakeholders working on a variety of responsibilities and projects as a key member of the team. You will assist with the coordination of global processes such as User Access Reviews, resilience plan updates and testing, supplier governance, cost management, consumption oversight and assist with real estate planning and our global return to office coordination. In addition, you will provide analysis and reporting to regional leads for action.

You should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills, and a wide knowledge of Microsoft office. Prior experience in Power BI will be highly regarded but not mandatory. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail focused, and have a hands-on approach.

About the Risk Management Group

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
