We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Governance Operations Analyst/Associate, joining the Legal and Governance Group supporting the global governance and company secretarial function. The group is responsible for the administration of entities for Macquarie’s global operations, whilst having the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of and reporting from a corporate database, drafting company administration documents, preparing due diligence records and board packs, invoicing, and expense processing. You will also be responsible for reviewing the accuracy of statutory information and collating materials for projects. You will be involved in processing requests for company information from statutory authorities and providing company information for KYC/AML requests.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in corporate legal or company secretarial experience. You should be able to communicate clearly to stakeholders globally. You should be an innovative thinker and be an intelligent resource who can learn quickly and is willing to tackle new problems. You will also bring strong MS Excel and Word skills and using Sharepoint.
You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally; and can also be creative or technical. In addition, you should have strong interpersonal skills along with being a team player, being self-motivated, flexible, adaptable and results oriented.
