Senior Manager - Operational Risk and Governance

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our Risk Governance team in Sydney. The team forms part of the Operational Risk & Governance Division, within our Risk Management Group, and has responsibility for group-wide and entity risk governance.

You will play a lead role in contributing to a range of governance activities and change initiatives to support key elements of our group wide-risk management framework. This includes working with a wide range of global senior stakeholders to optimise our governance and oversight across financial and non-financial risks, including in relation to our risk appetite statement and our risk management strategy, as well as risk reporting to Macquarie’s Senior Management Committees and Boards.

Your work will link into many aspects of the risk management framework across all risk types, with a focus on governance structures, practices, and reporting, providing you with an opportunity to build networks with risk professionals within our Risk Management Group and across our Operating and Central Service Groups.

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, change-orientated environment and can think strategically whilst also having an eye for detail. You’ll be a confident communicator, tenacious and agile with a proven ability to sustain high levels of performance in a dynamic environment.

If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge, please apply.
