Join our innovative and collaborative team and deliver human-centred solutions across the entire Macquarie Group. We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is also comfortable wearing a Business Analyst hat.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing user experiences and interfaces for a wide range of divisions throughout the organisation.

In order to deliver high quality designs for our users you will be part UX Designer, part Business Analyst; leading workshops, testing prototypes, creating sketches, building wireframes, journey maps, personas, and high-fidelity visual designs that bring to life the intended experience for stakeholders.

Ideally, you will be:

  • a designer that strives for excellence and is a passionate advocate for our users
  • a problem solver who loves big challenges and tackles them in a collaborative and visual way
  • well versed in the end-to-end UX and UI design process; a portfolio that demonstrates this would be advantageous
  • fluent in relevant design tools such as Sketch
  • a team-player that is comfortable collaborating with developers, product owners, and wider project stakeholders.

You will also bring a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning, regularly open to seeking feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value potential over experience, tenacity over perfection, and a T-shape skill-set over deep expertise.

You will be working with a diverse team of transformation specialists who share these values. Together you will work with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organisation and across multiple regions around the world.
