Our Capital and Liquidity Management team is responsible for managing and optimising the liquidity, funding and regulatory capital requirements of the various businesses within our Commodities and Global Markets Group as well as advising on the business impact of regulatory reform.
You’ll work with high-calibre professionals allowing you to further develop your skills, enabling you to cross both Funding and Capital Management functions as well as work on strategy-related objectives, some of which will draw you into regulatory roll-outs and structuring of the business. Your confident and outgoing manner and strong communication skills will enable you to interact, educate and advise key business stakeholders in their decision-making processes. Your finely-honed analytical skills will be utilised to work on balance sheet optimisation, capital adequacy and capital utilisation and other key commercial issues.
To be considered, you will be degree qualified in a Business, Commerce, Accounting, Maths, Science or Engineering discipline and be able to demonstrate a strong interest and ability to build your knowledge in Capital and Liquidity Management. Previous experience in this area will be very highly regarded, although not essential. Outstanding analysis skills are essential as are a detailed, methodical and accurate work approach.
