Macquarie Capital would love to have you join their Administration team as a Senior Associate in the New York office.
You will be responsible for reviewing and approving expenses incurred by staff on corporate credit cards, reporting progress on improvement initiatives to senior management, reviewing travel spend and assist in implementing cost saving initiatives and working with other member of the Administration and Business Management team on ad hoc projects and overall support for the Americas. In addition, you will identify issues and driving solutions for different areas, including but not limited to credit card late fee management, technology hardware and mobile spend and CRM adoption.
Ideally you will have strong attention to detail, be a self-starter and problem solver with propensity to proactively drive change, superior communication skills with the ability to interact with staff across all levels and functions within the organization and the analytical ability to identify root case and formulate a proposed solution. It would be advantageous if you have familiarity with Concur and/or Salesforce.
