The Infrastructure and Energy group has global capability in infrastructure, green and conventional energy, focusing on utilising its balance sheet to construct assets, build businesses and create platforms across development, construction and operation phases. You will be responsible for taking ownership and accountability for origination, structuring, business and financial diligence, arranging debt and equity financing and market analysis working as a core member in a highly effective team.  You will also have the opportunity to prepare syndication materials, lender/investor dialogue and be involved in internal credit approval process along with client interaction for ongoing mandates and new business development.
