Documents Administrator

Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.

Products and services include wealth management, stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages, investment lending, and relationship banking to businesses and professionals

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Macquarie Operations has a requirement to maintain the efficiency and confidentiality of the client documentation.  The position is responsible for ensuring that the client documents are stored on Vignette, our online repository and that total control is maintained once the original documents are sent to storage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Receive original client documents from all 12 branches

•  Separate the client copies from the original documents. 

•  Original documents are prepared for scanning using a Ricoh separator page

•  Prepare packages for mailing to the clients containing a welcome letter, client copies of documentation, Macquaire flyers and IIROC brochures

•  Photo copy some client documents

•  Open client return mail, review current address on DataPhile, add notes in client account

•  Inventory control over: IIROC brochures, Macquarie letterhead, envelopes, flyers, folders and place order before inventory is depleted

Must be willing to work overtime as needed
