Receptionist/ Office Services Coordinator

•  Meet, greet and direct all visitors (vendors, clients, staff)

•  Answering a busy switchboard to deal with enquiries in a helpful manner

•  Manage meeting room calendars and meeting requirements

•  Maintain meeting rooms / reception area

•  Assist with facility requests

•  Kitchen maintenance

•  Ordering of office supplies for the branch

•  Responsible for various administrative duties including invoicing, word processing, internet research tasks, photocopying and faxing, mail distribution and handling internal cheque procedures


•  Experience working in a fast paced corporate environment in a similar capacity

•  Ability to work under pressure.

•  A desire to provide the highest level of service to clients and colleagues.

•  Proven ability to think and act proactively.

•  Attention for detail.

•  Positive attitude and acceptance of a changing environment.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•  Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

•  Strong computer skills.  Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

•  Ability to problem solve in a time sensitive work environment .

•  Overall interest/experience in the financial industry is an asset
