Information Management / Research Executive - Hong Kong
The Macquarie Capital Research and Subscriptions team manage access to more than thirty online databases and provide research on demand to the business. Based in Hong Kong, you will be part of a global team located in Australia, Asia, EMEA and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for information from staff in Hong Kong and other Macquarie Capital offices as part of a global team
- Deliver requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in the management of global subscriptions and renewals
- Provide training and advice to staff on strategies for searching databases
- Meet with vendors and evaluate local sources of information
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- Minimum of five years experience in an information service role, preferably in an Investment Bank or similar
- Prior research experience using online business databases
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin or Cantonese desirable but not essential
