Macquarie Global Investments (MGI), a division of Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS), develops and manages innovative, specialist investment products for distribution to a broad range of retail and institutional investors globally. The Real Alternatives team which specialises in the development and distribution of alternative investment products such as real assets, hedge funds and environmental investments are seeking a switched on, commercial graduate to join the team as a part of the 2011 Macquarie Graduate Program.

Ideally, successful applicants will:

• be in their final year of study or have completed a degree within the last year - a range of disciplines will be considered

• demonstrate  a high degree of initiative 
• enthusiastically grasp unfamiliar concepts
