Within Macquarie’s dynamic environment, the Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for the management of Macquarie’s global technology infrastructure, the support and development of existing business systems and the delivery and development new systems, technologies and services.

ITG is committed to providing a challenging and technically diverse Graduate Program in Sydney.  Key aspects of our Program include a structured induction and networking opportunities, training and development, rotation programs and global mobility.

As a graduate in ITG you will be co-located with the business in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You will need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, demonstrate flexibility, and enjoy working in teams.  Opportunities exist for Graduates to join as Analyst Programmers, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Engineering Services Technologists, Operations Support Specialists and Database Administrators.

Graduates who have joined ITG have come from a range of disciplines including computer science, engineering (all disciplines) information technology, information systems, maths, physics, and combined degrees such as business/information technology.
