Macquarie's Metals and Energy Capital Division provides debt, equity, mezzanine finance and structured commodity hedging to the resources sector globally as well as price making in spot, forward and option markets.

In response to the continuing growth of our business, we are looking for a motivated analyst to join our Perth team. As an analyst, your role will be varied and will include cashflow modelling, treasury management, hedge structuring, credit analysis, equity valuation, legal documentation review and covenant compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will have up to four years’ work experience in a finance or mining/energy related discipline, and possess superior financial modelling and communication skills. An understanding of derivatives and commodity markets would be advantageous.

You will be a confident and accurate communicator, with a demonstrated track record of commercial acumen. Your personable tenacious nature, coupled with a strong client focus will see you further develop relationships with our partners and clients in our markets.
