Macquarie Capital operates globally and brings together Macquarie’s advisory, wholesale structuring, underwriting and specialized funds management capabilities. Our largest activity in North America is an integrated investment banking and private equity funds management business.

In North America, we are organized into two functional divisions:

1. Macquarie Capital Advisors - our investment origination, structuring and execution teams, with activities similar to that of an internal   M&A/financing advisory function or the deal execution team in a private equity firm; and

2. Macquarie Capital Funds - our asset and investment management teams, similar to private equity fund managers.

As a result of our continued global growth we are currently seeking outstanding rising senior year students who are interested in Macquarie’s 10 week internship program. We have opportunities in both our Macquarie Capital Advisor and Macquarie Capital Fund teams in our New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Troy offices.

The summer internship program commences in early June and provides an excellent opportunity for students to get hands on work experience on transactions and to work as part of a project team in a dynamic investment banking environment. Extensive training is also offered.
