We are embarking on a major program of work to replace our current PeopleSoft platform and transform the operating model and way of working within our Financial Management Group.  This is a 12 Month role.

As the Global Financial Services Change & Test Manager, you will join the program as one of the key delivery leaders responsible for the Global Financial Services, Jacksonville implementation of the global solution by providing change and program management as well as strong stakeholder engagement.

To support the implementation and execution of this project you will be responsible for leading the execution of the change management/communications strategy and plan, lead implementation of measurement strategies to establish change readiness and adoption, design the test strategies and determine project testing standards for all phases. Further, you will drive the implementation of impact assessments for specific initiatives considering people, process, system and financial impacts, as well as develop appropriate strategies to address those impacts.

To be successful in this role you will need to hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting.  You must bring a minimum of six years relevant experience. You must also bring and a minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in Change management, testing strategies and financial package technology vendors (e.g. Oracle and SAP) as well as and drive improvement. In addition, you will be engaging and be able to work through periods of ambiguity and communicate to resolve complex issues in a straightforward manner.
