We are embarking on a major program of work to replace their current PeopleSoft (ERP) platform and transform the operating model and way of working within our Financial Management Group.
As the Global Financial Services Business Analyst, you will join the program as one of the key individuals contributing to the implementation of the global solution. You will be contributing to one or more of the Financial Management Groups functions.
You will be responsible for working as a Business Analyst for one or more of our core finance functions and ensuring the success of the program delivery outcomes as part of the PeopleSoft Replacement Program. This activity will include acquiring an understanding of current state processes and business context, engaging with project managers and business subject matter experts to gather requirements, documenting business and functional requirements, facilitating the change management adoption of new processes and solutions, as well as gathering data and preparing support readiness assessments of the finance team.
In addition, you will execute and manage reconciliation and cleansing activities in support of data conversion, execute testing where required and work closely with the selected technology vendor and system integration partner to learn and own the configuration rules.
To be successful you will have proven experience working with major finance package technology vendors, experience as a business analyst on business process change projects and/or new platform implementations and the ability to get up to speed quickly regarding system architecture and testing needs. Also, beneficial would be strong experience in project documentation and experience in all stages of project life cycles including analysis, design, build and test support and implementation.
