Sitting in Macquarie Investment Management headquarters in Philadelphia, you will be part of a team of dedicated recruitment and recruitment coordination professionals who form the Hudson RPO team on-site at Macquarie.  Working closely with the Resourcing Director who looks after the overall Hudson RPO relationship with Macquarie, you will leverage your strong client service orientation and excellent relationship development skills to establish strong working partnerships with key stakeholders in Macquarie Investment Management HR and across the business. 

As the Macquarie Investment Management dedicated recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively identifying candidates for the division’s open roles from a variety of source channels, engaging prospective candidates as a pipeline for future positions and generally building the Macquarie brand within target talent communities.  You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft job advertisements and other external-facing content that showcase the employee experience at Macquarie.  In addition, you will access your deep understanding of the Philadelphia and investment management talent markets to provide meaningful insights to the business about general trends, changes in candidate behavior, market developments and other factors that might influence role development.

Leveraging your established network (including industry contacts, professional associations, local search firms, etc.), you will facilitate the recruitment process from agreeing the sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation, ensuring that Macquarie’s commitment to diversity and an exceptional candidate experience are considered throughout.  Your strong foundational knowledge of relevant employment law and regulation will also help you support the business in managing a compliant process consistent with Macquarie’s culture of robust risk management.

To be considered, your background should include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting for financial service industry professionals in the Philadelphia market, with asset management experience strongly preferred.  While corporate recruiting experience is ideal, this could also be a great opportunity for a consultative, client-oriented recruiter from an agency environment looking to make a move in-house.
