We have an exciting opportunity for HR Service Desk AdministratorIn this role, you will be responsible in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquarie’s global employee base.

We need a strong analyst with:

    • Provide first level resolution on the following concerns:
    • Preboarding (PageUp, Applicant queries, Referral)
    • Onboarding (Employment Screening, Mobility, Psych Assessment)
    • Benefits
    • Data Management
    • Performance
    • Learning
    • HRIS
    • Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management
    • Remuneration & Rewards
    • Reporting / Metrics
    • External clients (e.g., applicants, 3rd party, terminated employees etc.)
    • Ensure assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support
    • Re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate
    • Establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders
    • Participate on HR Service Desk projects and initiatives as required

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Understanding of Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities
  • Adheres to shifting schedule
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written (in English)
  • Problem solving skills and customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail / accuracy
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop new knowledge
  • Operational excellence mindset
  • Good at managing tasks through to completion

Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where
