We have an exciting opportunity for HR Service Desk Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquarie’s global employee base.
We need a strong analyst who will provide first level resolution on the following concerns in Preboarding, Onboarding, Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, HRIS, Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management, Remuneration & Rewards, Reporting/Metrics and External Clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support, re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate. Similarly, this is an opportunity to establish working relationship with key HR stakeholders and participate on HR Service Desk projects and initiatives as required.
To be successful for this role, you must have an understanding Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities, adheres to shifting schedule, has a strong communication skills in verbal and written, problem solving skills, customer service, strong Microsoft office skills, high attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly, has an operational excellence mindset, good at managing tasks through to completion and work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely.
