Leverage your Talent expertise to join our growing Organizational Development & Learning Team based in our New York office.

In this exciting and challenging position, your focus will be on delivering consulting and advisory services across the talent lifecycle. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be used in managing relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure the delivery of these services are designed and tailored solutions to meet your client’s diverse range objectives.

You will also leverage your previous experience within a similar talent role, to partner with, and advise your regional HR colleagues on talent needs and solutions across the employee lifecycle. As such, you will be well versed in talent best-practice solutions, with the ability to problem-solve to develop bespoke solutions in a complex business environment.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the performance and career development approach with both staff and managers within region, and in addition, you will be the regional expert on leadership and manager capability development and integration.

A key component of this role will be to actively cultivate relationships in market to access innovations and best practice as well as supporting and facilitating region wide programs and workshops. You will need to bring exceptional relationship building capabilities, in order to work with stakeholders across regions, and at all levels of seniority.

To be successful, you will bring an advanced degree in Human Behavior, Psychology or similar, as well as an accreditation and experience with assessment and coaching. Experience from within the Banking & Financial services industry will be highly regarded.
