Be part of a lean and nimble team where you can grow your career from within.
As an Analyst within the Equity Capital Markets team, you will work closely with public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors to originate, structure, and execute equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertibles and derivatives, by identifying their capital needs and determining the optimal structure and execution strategy to meet the issuer’s objectives most effectively.
Your responsibilities will include identifying potential equity issuers and new equity capital raising opportunities by corporate clients, and preparing pitch presentations for new and existing clients on topics that include the common stock issuance, equity-linked alternatives, carve-outs/spin-offs, capital management, dividend strategy and share repurchases. This role also offers exposure to various areas of the investment bank, including M&A, legal, risk management, and compliance.
Having up to one year of experience in Equity Capital Markets or investment banking, you will have the knowledge of, and ability to perform quantitative and financial modeling for structuring of equity transactions using balance sheet, income statement, public comparables, transaction comparables analyses and buy-side investor analysis. Prior experience working on M&A and capital markets transactions would be viewed as a plus. You should have a strong interest in macro-economic market trends and themes, and the ability to interpret them into actionable ideas for clients.
