In this role you will work closely with the stakeholders, product owner and scrum team to ensure features and stories are refined and ready, with acceptance criteria complete. There will be a real focus on quality, defining and helping to clarify test cases to drive informative quality metrics. You will be the one to provide guidance to the scrum team on user and system behaviours to help drive development. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will need to understand integration patterns of our platform and critically assess the impact changes will have on our customers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic around agile culture and someone who will stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies which will enable our business to achieve its strategic goals. You’ll ideally have experience with financial products, and have the ability to translate high level requirements into user stories and sub-tasks. You will be confident in clearly articulating personal capacity in planning, while calling out blockers and delivering to expectations. Experience in understanding database schemas and writing SQL queries is an added bonus.
Experience in using collaborative tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Office 365 is also a plus.
