Executive Assistant

Join our Investment Management team and support senior Investment professionals within a global organization.

Working in Philadelphia office you will be an Executive Assistant supporting senior investment professionals on the Large Cap Value team and the Equity Trading team. This challenging, yet rewarding role will require your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management, professional and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will support the Team Leader, additional Portfolio Managers and Equity Analysts on the team. Ideally, you will bring a high level of attention to detail and be skilled at multi-tasking. You will be working with our clients and other management personnel within our firm, requiring you to be discrete, well-spoken and responsive.

The MIM Large Cap Value team invests in large U.S. companies it believes to be undervalued, seeking consistent long-term performance. The team adheres to a traditional value philosophy and employs a research-intensive investment process.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating travel both domestic and international and tracking/processing all expenses using Concur. In addition, you will be responsible for heavy calendar management, fielding/screening incoming calls, interacting with clients and external research providers, and helping the team maintain its research.  You will also get the opportunity to work with the Executive Assistants who support other Philadelphia-based Equity investment teams to coordinate meetings with external research providers. You will be expected to provide back-up support for those Executive Assistants as required.
