Work with senior executives on the execution of new real estate investment and capital markets opportunities and transactions.
As an Associate working out of our Mexico City office, you will be responsible for financial modelling and analysis of acquisition and development (M&A) opportunities, supporting the execution of M&A transactions, developing business plans and strategy, management of the funds’ debt obligations (i.e. preparation, review and delivery of reporting requirements, calculating debt metrics and monitoring compliance with all debt covenants, and loan provisions), risk management, as well as process improvement.
You will be required to leverage your strong understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance to contribute to the ongoing success of our team. Joining us, means that you will be part of a team that values strong analytical and interpersonal skills, sound business judgment and a pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving.
Ideally, you will have prior experience or a genuine interest in real estate and funds management, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. A Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematical or engineering is also required for this role, and a Masters of Business Administration or equivalent would be a great asset to the team.
