Macquarie Group Returner Programme - EMEA - 2018
Own your future
The best investment you can make is in yourself.
At Macquarie, our people are our greatest asset. For this reason, we are committed to providing opportunities that help you reach your potential - as a Returner, you will be an integral part of the team from day one.
You will work full-time over the 20 week programme, gaining valuable experience and insight into your business area. Working closely with the team will enable you to bring your experience and skills to real, live, projects and strategic initiatives right from day one.
As part of the programme you will also gain exposure to the wider Macquarie business and senior leaders via events and lunches. Coaching from a specialist in Returner programmes, a mentor and a buddy will all provide additional support and guidance for your return to work. To enable you to focus on re-building your career we will also provide access to free emergency child and elder care to help you manage any commitments you may have outside of the workplace.
