We have an exciting Fixed Term Contract opportunity for an outstanding senior recruiter to drive and manage experienced hire recruitment for Macquarie’s growing Corporate & Asset Finance and Risk Management business groups in the EMEA region.  This is a great opportunity to work with a high calibre team adding value to both business and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hire recruitment, establishing and nurturing relationships with key client stakeholders to build credibility and trust in your resourcing expertise and advice.   You will devise and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best candidates in the market, and will actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimum partnering and results, including supplier management.   You will become an integral part of Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.

To be considered for this rare opportunity you will be a senior resourcing specialist with exceptional stakeholder management skills and prior effectiveness filling time-sensitive Risk and Compliance roles in a highly matrixed international banking business.  You will be driven and self-motivated, and are passionate about delivering best-in-class service.    You are a team player with the ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.    You are open minded, inventive with your commercial thinking, and can think on your feet to find proactive solutions.
