We have an exciting opportunity to support experienced hire recruitment for Macquarie’s growing Front Office business groups (Commodities and Global Markets, Macquarie Capital, and Macquarie Asset Management) in the EMEA region.   This is a great opportunity to work with a high calibre team adding value to both business and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will be providing support and guidance on appropriate sourcing strategies for each position, and will work with the Senior Front Office recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hire recruitment within the Front Office business groups.

You will establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to build credibility and trust in the Resourcing team’s expertise and advice, and will devise and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best candidates in the market.  You will become an integral part of Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.

To be considered for this rare opportunity you will be a resourcing specialist with in-house or RPO experience of working effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues to fill time-sensitive roles in an international Financial Services or Professional Services environment.   You will be driven and self-motivated, and are passionate about delivering best-in-class service.    You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills, and are a team player with the ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.    You possess expertise across a broad range of sourcing channels, and can think on your feet to find proactive solutions.   Experience of, or a demonstrated interest in, front office Investment Banking recruitment is preferred.
