Join a small global team of information researchers providing support to Macquarie capital advisory staff. In this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to perform business and industry research both locally for Australia and New Zealand, and across other regions as required and be part of a close knit team who play a crucial role in providing information and subscription support for some of the largest and most high profile transactions.

You will assist transaction staff across Macquarie Capital by sourcing information and providing database training and advice. Supporting and mentoring the Sydney based Senior Associate, you will also be responsible for managing the league table submissions process for Australia and New Zealand, including liaising with the business and external data vendors and working on ad-hoc projects to identify new data sources and cost savings.

We ask that you possess at least 2 years’ experience in an information service role, preferably in a banking or financial services firm and hold an appropriate tertiary qualification. You will also have a high degree of technical competence in using online business databases
