The Cross-border M&A team focuses on advising leading financial sponsors on cross-border transactions between Asia and the rest of the world, leveraging Macquarie’s leading platforms in all major hubs. The Private Capital Markets (PCM) group maintains relationships with a broad range of investors and executes equity and debt private placement transactions for corporate clients, including PIPEs (Private Investments in Public Equities), pre-IPO growth capital, project equity, mezzanine debt, and private debt. Both teams work together to facilitate client needs and are responsible for the origination, structuring and syndication of the transaction.

As a senior Analyst in our team, you will be involved in both cross-border M&A and PCM transactions. You will have the opportunity to be involved in working on potential pitch opportunities, developing transaction marketing materials, assisting in the execution of transactions, building company forecast models, and conducting valuation and other financial analysis. From a PCM angle, you will also be involved in maintaining and developing new investor client relationships, executing the capital raising process, attending investor road shows and serve as a reliable point of contact both internally and externally on the private capital product suite.

If you have 2-3 years of prior work experience in investment banking or capital markets with a strong understanding of various security types across the capital structure and understand the deal lifecycle and structure along with excellent Mandarin and English speaking skills, we would love to hear from you.
