About the Role
Our growing business seeks to employ a bright and enthusiastic Collections Officer into the Flow Operations team, within our new EMEA Operations Hub.
Collections activity will cover both regulated and unregulated agreements across a broad spread of customer types and financial products.
As a Collections Officer you will utilise your strong communication skills to correspond to and follow-up with customers in a fast-paced and efficient manner. You will naturally provide a high level of customer service to enable you to resolve collection issues and client discrepancies, issue customer refunds and action account adjustments.
Your collaborative approach will enable you to support the collections process where external agents are involved, assist where the collections process is impacted by contract novation's and perform other assigned tasks necessary to support the Collections Department. Where required you will partner with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process.
You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, where tasks and priorities change regularly. As an adaptable, self-motivated team player you will naturally invest high levels of energy at work to achieve individual and team goals.
With previous experience of working in a corporate environment, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferably you will have an understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and Financial Conduct Authority regulations. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be underpinned by your high attention to detail.
Advantageously, though not essential you may have work experience in a financial products role and developed a sound understanding of leasing products, documentation and banking procedures.
